About the Job:

This position is responsible for the data entry, receiving, reconciliation and analysis of the wholesale/overseas/liquidation revenue cycle; billing and collections where needed. The position will act as a liaison between buyers, logistics, 3PL warehouse and fulfillment partners to ensure wholesale revenue and COGS are recorded timely and appropriately; additional overseas (China).

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

· Receive wholesale/misc purchase orders

· Ensure accurate wholesale perpetual in Microsoft D365

· Reconciliation of all wholesale inventory between 3PL; D365; sales orders; ATS (available to sell)

· Identify receiving PO and ASN quantity differences and price discrepancies.

· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with the sales team to make the proper adjustments

· Landed cost month-end entries, reconciliation and reporting.

· Support RFID reporting with analysis

· Assist with stores’ periodic physical counts, reporting, and analysis.

· Report China COGS, with alignment and reconciliation to monthly sales totals

· Assist with branded license reporting and payments.

· Other ad hoc assignments

What it takes to Join:

· BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, and/or Accounting or equivalent experience

· 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment.

· Knowledge of the retail and wholesale industry a plus

· Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments to ensure timely completion

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles including the ability to understand flow of financial information from transaction to reports

· Familiar with Infor and Microsoft D365 or similar ERP systems

· Excellent PC (Excel, Word, Outlook), data entry, analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $63,580-$75,811

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
