About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical role in optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various channels, with a primary focus on paid media analytics, attribution, app measurement, testing, and optimization strategies. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the paid media teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategies that maximize ROI and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of paid media campaigns, including but not limited to paid social, paid search, video advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in campaign data to inform optimization strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Develop and implement advanced attribution models to accurately measure the impact of different marketing touchpoints on customer journeys.
  • Analyze attribution data to understand the contribution of various channels and optimize marketing spend accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure attribution data is integrated into decision-making processes.
  • Implement and manage app measurement tools to track user behavior and engagement within PacSun's mobile application.
  • Analyze app data to identify opportunities for user acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate the impact of different strategies, creatives, and landing pages.

Qualifications

What it takes to Join:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of attribution modeling techniques and tools.
  • Experience with mobile app measurement and tracking tools (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing successful A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) is preferred.

 

Salary Range: $75,885 - $85,141

  • Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
  • Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

 

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
