About the Job:

We are seeking a Paid Social Digital Marketing Specialist on our Paid Social team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns. Your focus will be on audience targeting, creative ad design, and performance analysis. Collaborate closely with the team to deliver compelling social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.

Responsibilities

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
  • Create and manage ad campaigns across various social platforms.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Work with internal design team to create and test ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with the manager to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in social media.

Qualifications

What it takes to Join:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in relevant field.
  • Media agency experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns and platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, pivot tables is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ad targeting and audience analysis.
  • Creative design and ad copywriting skills.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
  • Forecasting and budget management.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of social media advertising tools and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $63,745 - $73,023

  • Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
  • Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

 

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
