About the Job:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing PacSun's digital presence and engagement. You will be responsible for crafting and executing cross channel media strategy, fostering brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. While the focus of this role will be focused on video, affiliate and direct buys, your expertise will also be instrumental in our ongoing efforts to refine our cross channel digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute cross channel marketing strategies.
  • Oversee for video, direct buys, and affiliate campaigns.
  • Manage a team of specialists and coordinators.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad creatives.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with direct partners and affiliates.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to enhance performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

What it takes to Join:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in relevant field.
  • Media agency experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel marketing management.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Forecasting and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and ad networks.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach.

  • As a manager, serve as a leader of company culture, norms, and conduct.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,992

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
  • Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

 

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
